Hi everyone,
I am Russ Gordon the President of the Oak Tree Farm board. We are having elections this year not only for four of the board members but also for a changing of the restriction regarding rental properties.(Bill Dunn | Tricia McCubbins | Sharon Jegen | Andrea Burkhart)
Voting will be done at the FOB nights when there is a notary at the clubhouse. Amendment 18 Will be replaced with a new amendment 18 that will have three differences from the old one.
The first difference is any person or entity which purchases or otherwise acquires title to a lot in Oak tree farm is prohibited from leasing or renting the structure on that lot this provision does not apply to owners who acquired a lot before January 1, 2023. What this means is all existing homeowners are free to rent their homes and this restriction does not apply…
