Rental Rates​

​​​​​Non-members who want to rent the clubhouse must be sponsored by a member. The HOA member responsible for the rental will provide the damage deposit ($500) and is financially responsible for any damage. The member must be in good standing, meaning dues and any fines must be paid in full, in order to rent the clubhouse or sponsor a non member. One half of the cost of the rental as a deposit is required to reserve the date.  Cancellations at least 30 days prior to the event date will receive a refund of deposit; cancellations with less than 30 days notice will not be refunded. 

 

Rental deposit must be received within three days of booking or the date will not be reserved.

A separate $500 damage deposit is required on the day of the event, and will be returned in full after the clubhouse has been inspected for cleanliness and appropriate maintenance.  The damage deposit will be supplied by the HOA member responsible for the rental.

 

Bookings made within seven (7) days are offered at a 50% discount.  Text on Sunday after 5:00 PM to book through the following weekend.  Discount is only for HOA members and only applies to all day rentals.

Please note that dates fill quickly for May and December events.

​

Rental includes access to the clubhouse from 7:00 AM on the morning of the rental through 11:59 PM of that same evening (unless an HOA member is renting for a partial Sunday).

• Kitchen area has 6 five foot round tables, with a total of 35 chairs

• Use of stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, and microwave

• Serving of alcohol is permitted

• Ice not provided

• Use of folding tables: 3 six foot and 3 eight foot tables

• 33 stackable chairs, plus 12 chairs in dance area

• Main floor area is handicapped accessible via ramp on the north side

• Handicapped – accessible restroom on upper floor

• Cleaning supplies, trash cans, and trash bags provided

• Rental DOES NOT include access to the pool or the pool deck
