Oak Tree Farm Pool Rules

Lifeguards and pool attendants have the authority to enforce all diving board and pool rules, and to remove anyone for violation of those rules, infringing on others' enjoyment of the pool, or any action that is deemed to compromise the safety of themselves or others.


Violations of pool rules will result in warning and/or suspension of pool privileges. Penalties for violations shall be determined solely by the Oak Tree Farm Board of Directors.  Anyone found with intent to harm or damage the pool and/or surrounding property will be banned from future use of the pool.

 

Welcome to the OTF Pool! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, please abide by the following rules:

  • Pool Hours: 11:00 am to 9:00 pm daily. Adult lap swim (18 and older) is available from 6:00 am – 7:30 am. Please contact the board for details.

  • All guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times.

  • When lifeguards are present, children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by a responsible individual.

  • When no lifeguards are present, children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a responsible individual.

  • Access FOBs are for residents only and may not be given to non-residents or residents possessing an inactive FOB.

  • Residents are strictly prohibited from allowing gate entry to individuals who are not part of their immediate group.

  • Each resident may bring up to 10 guests per pool visit.

  • Residents must have no outstanding balance with OTF to use the pool.

  • Children ages 3 and under must wear a swim diaper.

  • The baby pool is for children 5 and under and must be supervised by an adult at all times. Lifeguards do not monitor the baby pool.

  • Glass containers are not allowed in the pool area.

  • Public intoxication is strictly prohibited.

  • Pets are not allowed in the pool area.

  • Running and rough play are not permitted at the pool.

  • Rental of the clubhouse does not include pool access.

  • Only soft surface balls are allowed at the pool. Hard surface balls are not permitted.

  • Skateboards, bicycles, and roller skates are not allowed in the pool area, parking lot, or tennis courts.

  • Adult swim will be called every hour for no more than 10 minutes at 10 minutes to the hour.

  • Please refrain from idle talk with the lifeguards.

  • When lifeguards are not present, swim at your own risk.

  • In order to utilize the pool, residents are required to dress in appropriate swimwear.

  • Only residents in good standing will be allowed pool privileges.

  • Guests:

    • A guest is defined as anyone allowed access to the pool area by a resident.

    • Guests must be accompanied by a resident at all times.

    • Access fobs may not be given to non-residents.

    • Residents all allowed to bring up to 10 guests per pool visit.

    • Residents will be held responsible for ensuring that any guests adhere to these pool area rules.

  • Prohibited: The following are prohibited in and around the pool area at all times unless otherwise noted.

    • Glass Containers, smoking, or public intoxication

    • Alcoholic beverages (except during board-sanctioned events)

    • Pets (pool deck)

    • Running, rough play, and profanity.

    • Skateboarding/Biking/Rollerskating in the pool area, parking lot (other than to/from bike racks), sidewalks leading to the clubhouse or pool, or the tennis courts.

    • Any action deemed to inhibit the ability of the staff to perform their duties.

Anyone not respecting the rules may be asked to leave the pool area. Warnings will be issued, and a possible suspension of pool access will be determined by the OTF board of directors. Thank you for your cooperation, and enjoy your time at the OTF Pool!

 

 

  • FOBs:

    • Each resident will be issued a single fob for pool access. Residents must keep their fob from year to year. The fobs will be deactivated at the end of the swim season. The same fob will be reprogrammed for residents in good standing for pool access during the 2024 season and ongoing.

    • Lost or damaged fobs can be replaced at a cost of $25. Turnaround time for replacement fob activation is 48 hours.

    • A secondary fob may be purchased for $25, with each residence limited to a maximum of 2 (two) active fobs at any time.
