SPORT COURT RULES

Court Hours:  7:00 AM to 10:00 PM DAILY

 

• The recreational courts (tennis, pickleball, basketball, etc) are only for use by Oak Tree Farm residents and their guests.

• Courts are not to be used for any other purpose, including (but not limited to) bicycles, skateboards, or rollerblades.

• Any individual on the courts must be accompanied by at least one Oak Tree Farm resident at all times.

• Oak Tree Farm key fob must be in players’ possession and shown upon request.

• Limit playtime to one hour when others are waiting to use the courts.

• Only soft-soled shoes are permitted; no other footwear is allowed.

• Players will remove debris from the courts after completing play.

• No food, glass containers, tobacco, vaping, animals, or wheels are allowed within the gated area of the courts.

• No loitering.

• No loud or abusive language.

• Use at your own risk.

• Rules of the Oak Tree Farm HOA prevail; Residents are responsible for their guests, including conduct and potential damages.

• Rules and regulations are subject to change, correction, and/or addition.

• Protect your Oak Tree Farm community property and report violators to:  hoa_board@oaktreefarms.org
   

TRESPASSERS WILL BE PROSECUTED
