Please note, maximum height for fencing is 4 feet.  6 foot fences are not permitted, per the OTF declaration of restrictions, except for sections around 'special use areas' (such as a patio), or those sections that border non-OTF properties.

  1. COPY OF A PLAT PLAN (AVAILABLE AT LEE’S SUMMIT CITY HALL) SHOWING THE LOCATION OF THE REQUESTED FENCE ON THE LOT.  IF REQUEST WILL REQUIRE ANY GRADING CHANGES, INCLUDE EXISTING GRADES AT THE NEAREST PROPERTY LINE AND THE PROPOSED FINISH GRADES AS APPLICABLE. 

  2.  PHOTO OR SKETCH OF THE PROPOSED FENCE, SHOWING MEASUREMENTS, INCLUDING HEIGHT.

  3. MATERIALS BEING USED AND COLOR SAMPLES

For Internal Use Only

As with all project applications, residents are encouraged to review the OTF declaration of restrictions to ensure that their proposed project is in compliance and to reach out to the OTF Board for any clarification. All applications should be submitted to the board for approval at least 10 days prior to planned start date.  The Board recommends that residents do not purchase any project materials until their application has been approved in case these materials cannot be returned.
